We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at Biborg: to manage digital productions, being specifically involved on projects with a high degree of technicality. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical expertise combined with a solid project management background, an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and an active interest in gaming.
About the role
The Technical Account Manager at Biborg is responsible for leading all projects from A to Z, focusing on complex on-line activations or tech-related projects. The Technical Account Manager is critical to the conception, development and execution of these projects. The role also includes all the duties normally assigned to Account Managers such as be responsible for the management of client accounts.
Naturally well organised, The Technical Account Manager is able to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously and interact with clients, vendors and all project members.The Technical Account Manager should also have strong interpersonal skills allied with the ability to negotiate and sell Biborg products and services.
Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer (Tech) and the Client Lead (Account Management), the Technical Account Manager works closely with them on a regular basis.
