Required profile

3+ years of experience as a game designer
3+ years of higher education, preferably in the video game industry.
Strong sense of level design, scale, pacing and game flow.
Demonstrated ability to write clear, well-structured and concise designs.
Ability to translate gameplay concepts and goals into system and feature design.
Be able to write Game Document Designs with ease.
Ability to test and participate in the QA process.
Ability to systematically iterate and validate the gameplay experience.
At least one home console title delivered as a designer.
Good understanding of current and next-gen consoles and their controllers.
General understanding of game engines, technology and the game development process
